Kai Sai Energy Boxing - The Theory, Principles, and Encounter is a technical explanation of the uniqueness of Chinese Energy Boxing.  Kai Sai (Christopher G Casey) developed this theory, and since his death in 1986, the Chinese Boxing Institute International has continued his teachings. The theory brings challenges as it is a study of realistic martial art with no rules in a life-and-death situation.
Finding a way to develop it while keeping the practitioner safe is a great challenge.  The ten principles working together as a unit are what make this art especially unique, and the Encounter is the outline of how we approach the study.  This book seeks to give clear definition of these three areas.
